Arrival time 2:00 pm on Friday
We will begin at 3:00 sharp. On Sunday afternoon we will end at 4:00 sharp.. The cost of the program, including course fees and materials, accommodations and catered meals, is $650.00 plus 15% HST.

Nick Matheson is a leadership coach, business owner, and former physiotherapist. He is a committed student of the forest at Windhorse and of the contemplative practice of watercourse walking. His extensive experience with the healing power of natural movement has merged with Nothing Missing in surprising ways that have benefitted many participants. Nick's experience has shown that immersive learning in nature is one of the most powerful ways to connect with one's true source of leadership for personal and organizational impact.

Trained as a forest ecologist, Jim Drescher, co-director of Windhorse Farm (windhorsefarm.org) and founder of Nothing Missing Leadership (nothingmissing.ca), has been a serial entrepreneur for over 50 years. His teaching and coaching work plays at the confluence of the ancient Buddhist leadership teachings and his family lineage of nature practice. For the past 29 years his practice ground has been in the forests, gardens and wetlands of Windhorse Farm in Nova Scotia.
