A Nothing Missing Leadership Foundation Retreat with Akasha and Jim in the Windhorse Forest
Join us for this retreat in May.
As we experience an increasingly volatile, complex, and uncertain world, new forms of leadership are being called forth to meet these challenges and to develop new opportunities. A new paradigm that respects the wisdom of nature and nourishes people and planet is essential for us to thrive. We invite you to deepen your learning journey along the path of Nothing Missing Leadership, exploring how to best express your inherent leadership capacity and strengthen organizational and community impact. Immersion in nature sharpens awareness of regenerative solutions and opens new possibilities for action. It facilitates opportunities for us to connect more deeply with our wisest and most skilful self – the source of our authentic and deeply relational leadership. Silence and solitude support discernment on the path forward. Connection and collaboration inspire new ways of seeing and reduce the stress of going it alone.
This retreat is ideal for leaders who recognize that greater awareness and wisdom - and practical skills - are needed to address our current and future social challenges and who want to enhance resilience in themselves and their organizations. Opportunities for you:
During our time together, hosted by and in the Windhorse Forest, we will strengthen our families, our communities, our organizations, and ourselves. In the following three months, Jim and Akasha will be available to you for online coaching, free of charge, if you would like to dig into the specifics of how Nothing Missing can enhance your lives and your work. We look forward to journeying with you.

Today his teaching and coaching play at the confluence of his family lineage of nature practice and the ancient Buddhist leadership teachings. For the past 3 decades, his practice ground has been in the forests and wetlands of Windhorse Farm. |
