Casey's main cooking inspiration is - fun! She loves to grow food and support the local food production economy. Casey creates beautiful, tasty, seasonal meals - either vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore (using primarily meat and eggs from her home, Wayward Farm, in West Northfield). Casey cooks whole-food meals using quality ingredients, can accommodate any dietary preferences, and has a knack for striking the balance of food that makes people happy and is also super healthy!

Our mission is to feed people in a way that is both nourishing and inspiring. We do our best to offer “food as medicine”, making healthy plant based meals that are abundant, satisfying and delicious. Our philosophy is rooted in “no one diet fits all” and whatever people choose to eat, there is always room for more vegetables! We believe that human health and an ecologically sustainable lifestyle are intimately related. We're committed to making healthy food choices available for events, conferences and programs that especially focus on positive change.
I am a food enthusiast and love everything about it, from growing, sourcing, cooking to eating it. I love the way that it can nourish me as a whole person and believe in the power of a good meal shared around a table. I have been cooking professionally since 2007 in a variety of roles as a private chef, pastry chef, and retreat caterer. I love feeding people and my kitchen door is always open! My goal is to create food that resonates with the goals, intentions and purpose of each specific group I work with. Whether you want to provide an alternative food experience such as vegan, gluten free, or vegetarian meals or want to focus on an organic, local, seasonal menu, I hope I can deliver what your retreat needs to make people ask for more!
