Shambhala

The formal centrepiece of Windhorse Farm practice is meditation, both stillness practice and contemplative practice. The practices of mindfulness and awareness permeate all of our work, which is viewed as meditation in action. Our introduction to this way of life has been through our study and practice, over the past 35 years, with our profound and brilliant teachers, who have transmitted the genuine Dharma of Buddhist and Shambhala lineages originating more than 2500 years ago. We aspire to bring these teachings into every aspect of our work and our lives at Windhorse Farm, with the wish that many beings may benefit from this.
