Simple Rules & Tools of Great Teams Immersion

Immerse yourself in the most successful simple rules and tools of over 5000 people on over 300 teams observed in a team laboratory for 15 years.

People who participate in this session typically have "messy" problems to solve on a team (a group of two or more with a common purpose) that doesn't work well together, is losing its passion, or is stuck.

There is no "guru" astride the stage asking you to believe a theory here. And then we give you a real project to work on in order to try out the new rules and tools on a real team. Because most of us work in teams in our workplace, the immersion experience is a business simulation. You'll be on a team with busy managers who expect a great product to be delivered in 5 days, and consultants who help the team learn the most effective use of the Simple Rules and Tools when asked.

Vickie Gray, author of  Creating Time (2012), and Paul Reeves together have spent many decades as corporate process engineering and management consultants, leadership coaches, and business management trainers learning, experimenting with everything they could find to help organizations get great results. In their experience the Great Teams approach is the best use of an individual's or organization's time and money. They have lived and worked with the approach for 8 years in their own businesses, and, working with other instructors, have brought it to many teams in many countries.
