Connect with the peace and possibility available to you beyond the limits of your own stressful thinking and unquestioned beliefs.

The Work is a simple yet profoundly powerful process of self-inquiry, allowing us to meet our own limiting beliefs and stressful thinking with a deep understanding that opens space for transformation, possibility and joy.

  • Learn to identify and question the thoughts and beliefs that lead to stress or keep you ‘stuck’ in your life, work and relationships;
  • Find possibility, freedom and joy where you have experienced anger, fear and blame.
  • Experience clarity and movement in places that you are stuck
  • Reconnect with your own inherent wisdom and goodness
This Work is a provides a skillful and powerful way to know yourself more deeply, and to connect to your own wisdom.  Clear and compassionate action and authentic communication can then flow from that place.

In this weekend retreat you will learn the basic process of the Work and dive quickly into your own inquiry and experience.  Through a series of exercises, group, partner and individual work you will have the opportunity to meet your own thinking with curiosity and understanding and experience the power of the 4 questions of the Work to open more space in your own life.

We will spend parts of the weekend in silence and on the beautiful land of Windhorse Farm.

The Work is a powerful practice for supporting transformation and shifting paradigms in both personal and professional life. It is a skillful and kind way to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity where you are stuck or suffering.

"By it's very nature, the mind is infinite. Once it has questioned its beliefs, it can find beauty in all things; it is that open and free."
~ BYRON KATIE
