Atlantic Yoga Teacher Training's (AYTT) next 200-hour residential intensive will run at Windhorse Farm (two 12-day intensive retreats in April and July 2012).
This intensive yoga teacher training program is unique in Eastern Canada. In addition to receiving the guidance and skills necessary to confidently teach mindfull and heart-based beginner yoga classes, for all ages and abilities, you will have the unique opportunity to totally immerse yourself in the yogic experience and lifestyle amidst the tranquil and inspiring natural setting of Windhorse Farm. Trainees come together for experiential education, yoga practice, delicious Ayurvedic meals, comradery, fun, lots of teaching tips, rest, and the joy of spending time with friends in a magical setting.
Because this program is residential, community-oriented, and limited to 12-16 participants, it is transformative and offers to awaken within each participant a higher level of knowledge, wisdom, and insight. Supported by comfortable accommodations and holistic, Ayurvedic meals, you can relax, learn, practice and draw from the deep well of experience offered by your facilitators, the staff and your fellow practitioners.
This experience is truly memorable and will impact your yogic practice for life. Body, mind, heart and spirit are awakened simultaneously, and transformation follows in a natural and integrated way.

“I had a yoga practice before coming to the AYTT program, but nothing compares to what I have now. I'm very grateful for all you have offered to me which helped me to open. The philosophy aspect was also exceeding."
