Coming Into Your Own is a women’s personal development and leadership program that supports reflection, exploration, and regeneration. Over the past 20 years, CIYO has supported women around the world to access their reservoir of presence, and a fuller expression of themselves in their work, family, relationships and communities.
The program begins with one-on-one conversations with a faculty guide as well as suggested readings that provoke reflective preparation for the 3-day retreat. The workshop concludes with an individualized coaching session to reinforce insights gained and to support next steps in your personal and/or professional life.
The facilitators are CIYO graduates and faculty members, living into these methodologies and genuinely want to share them with you because they have experienced the value and depth that they reveal.
We welcome those who identify as a woman (some or all of the time), nonbinary, gender fluid, and genderqueer folks, transfolks and anyone else who feels inspired to join us.
